Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final once the event date passes. Before the event we'll refund in full if you reach out at /contact at least 48 hours before doors. Inside the 48-hour window we can usually re-sell your ticket from our waitlist if the show is at capacity.

Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Forward the email or text whoever you want to take your spot — every ticket is a unique QR that gets marked used once it's scanned, so the first person at the door with the code is in.

What if I screenshot or share my QR?
Once one copy of a ticket is scanned at the door, every other copy of the same QR shows up as ALREADY USED on our scanner. Share carefully — only one entry per ticket.

What's the age policy?
Every show is All Ages unless the event page says otherwise. Some venues post age restrictions at the door — check the specific event page to be sure.

What time do doors open?
Doors open at the time listed on the event page (usually one hour before the headliner). VIP enters first. Lines move fast — get there early if you want the floor.

Where do I park?
Venue-specific. Check the event page for venue + city — most of our rooms (Kilby, The Complex, etc.) have street parking or paid lots nearby. Carpool when you can; ride-share is usually faster.

I lost my ticket / can't find the email
Email tickets@echxaudios.com or message us via /contact. Include the email you bought with — we can re-send the QR within a few hours during normal hours, or at the door night-of.

Can I bring my camera?
Phones always. DSLRs/mirrorless usually allowed — but no flash, and no commercial use without prior approval. Press inquiries: /press.
