Terms.

Last updated: 2026-05-17. By using echxaudios.com, signing up for our mailing list, buying a ticket, or attending one of our events, you agree to these terms.

Tickets

• Every ticket is a single-entry signed QR — first scan is admit, all subsequent scans flag as duplicate.
• You may transfer your ticket by forwarding the QR. Possession of a valid unscanned ticket is the right to entry.
• Tickets may be revoked for fraudulent payment, chargeback, or violation of venue rules.

Events

• All shows are All Ages unless the event page says otherwise. Venue-specific age restrictions, if any, are noted on the event page.
• ECHX reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for safety, hostility, or intoxication.
• Lineups, set times, and venues are subject to change. We'll notify the email on file when we know.

Photo + video

ECHX photographs and records every show. By attending you grant ECHX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in event recaps, social media, and marketing materials. If a specific photo bothers you, email hello@echxaudios.comand we'll take it down.

Conduct

Harassment, violence, theft, or weapons get you ejected and banned. We work hard to make our floor feel safe — protect the room.

Liability

ECHX Audios is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or lost items beyond what's required by applicable law. You attend at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the mailing list and posted here with a new last-updated date.
