Privacy.

Last updated: 2026-05-17. Plain-English version of what data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Ticket buyers: name, email, payment metadata from Stripe (we never see your card number).
• Merch buyers: name, email, shipping address.
• Mailing list: email + source page.
• Promoter applicants: name, email, phone, city, Instagram and Snapchat handles, follower counts, the optional pitch you write.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, topic, message.
• Site analytics: anonymized traffic + Web Vitals via Vercel Analytics. No third-party tracking.

What we do with it

• Send you the ticket / receipt / order confirmation you actually asked for.
• Notify the mailing list when new shows drop.
• Review promoter applications and reach out if approved.
• Reply to contact-form messages.

What we don't do

• Sell your data. Ever.
• Share with third parties beyond the processors we use to run the business (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, hosting infra).
• Run third-party ad / behavioral tracking on this site.

Your rights

Email hello@echxaudios.com any time to:

• Get a copy of everything we have on you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it (we'll keep tax/payment records as required by law).
• Unsubscribe from the mailing list (every email has a one-click unsubscribe).

Cookies

We use a single login cookie for admin / door staff. No tracking cookies on the public site. Your bag is stored in your own browser via localStorage — we don't see it server-side.

Children

Our shows default to All Ages (specific events may post age restrictions). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
