Refunds.

Last updated: 2026-06-22. ECHX Audios is an independent concert promoter based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The short version

• Full refund if you ask at least 1 week (7 days) before the event.
• Inside that final week, all sales are final — but we'll re-sell to our waitlist when we can.
• After the event, all sales are final.
• If we cancel the show, you get every dollar back automatically.

How to request

Email tickets@echxaudios.com or use the contact form. Include your order number (starts with ord_).

Refunds process back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost tickets / transfers

Tickets are non-transferable in the system — but forwarding the email or text works. Whichever physical phone hits the door scanner first with that QR is in; every subsequent scan flags as a duplicate.

Show cancellations

If ECHX cancels an event, all ticket holders get a full automatic refund within 10 business days, plus first access to any rescheduled date.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before disputing a charge with your card issuer — we'd rather resolve it directly and quickly than fight a chargeback. If we receive a chargeback we'll respond with evidence (order, scan logs) and may revoke unscanned tickets.
